i am currently running a single stage setup now,an am still learning about it. what does the two stage exactly do? dont know thats why im asking, i would think would it not just b e easier to put in a bigger jet on a single stage, maybe thats not the case? what is needed to add this, i am using a hobbs switch now. when the second stage comes on does that mean both solenoids r spraying? enlighten me here :D

to make it simple it lets you run two size shots. you could run a 50 shot at the launch to spool the turbo then set it up to run a 150 shot once you reach a preset boost amount.

big time race cars will do this to have a less violent launch and keep traction and as they reach a certain rpm the 2nd and even 3rd stages can kick in for bigger nitrous shots.

PS-are you the original owner of the truck in your signature, or did you recently buy it?

yep, thats me! whats goin on? i cant wait till the track opens so i can test out this nitrous kit :D . hopefully ill hit the 12's w/ the 37"s on !

not much trying to get ready for pulling season

gotta put the clutch, transmission, etc back in, and possibly doing a bearing overhaul on the dana 80 rear... at least so i can drive it for now. then get ready to do the 271 t-case upgrade, then after that when i get more money im getting a sps-66 and some bigger injectors

Two stages allows for more nitrous. You can also tailor the application of the nitrous to the task at had. The best setup is a progressive contoller running 2 stages (sometimes 3 on something really wild).
