I would like to here some first hand feed back on the DT track bar. I tried to do a search, but the search will not take a word with less than three letters, so DT does not work.

Tell me about performance and install time. I have the Moog bar, but think that it is too short. My front end is moved to the left about an inch. This is on a stock height 2500. I guess that Moog may be offering only one track bar for two and four wheel drive and the bars are different.

The DT track bar is a good product, the only down side if there is one is that you are stuck with the front cover unless you have a 4" lift or more. I took about an hour and a half for the install and everything fit as advertised. I initially put mine on to get rid of the death wobble but it did not fix it.

The DT bar is straight, and the stock trac-bar is bent to go around the diff. cover. With the straight DT you cannot use the bigger covers like the Mag-Hytec. HTH.

What we all are finding is that the DT bar will strike the 'prouder' right front shoulder of the MHT diff cover. HOWEVER, I also found that the Lindstad bars even strike the MHT cover, on the top because the adjustable frame mount of the trackbar is 3/4" longer than stock and thus hangs down farther. This may be partly due to front end sag (bringing the frame closer to the axle) as the coil springs get older. I recently swapped my 038/039 springs for 046/047 to get her chin out of the ditch, and haven't had time to recheck clearance for the MHT coverÑmight be adequate now.
