Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) tensionner pully bolt size

Does anyone know what the diameter of the bolt that holds the pulley on the tensionner arm... .

My pulley bearing is going and squealing like a pig,,,,so my machinist wants to make me one out of aluminum or steel...

And i want to buy the bearing before i take it appart for the swap.

10 mm head, not sure of the bolt dia, 6mm?
