Off Roading Terra Flex Spring Shackles

Has anyone used these? I saw them on Extreme 4x4 TV a couple weekends ago. I am building a trail Jeep on a budget, and thought these looked like a good way to get more suspension travel. Just looking for input on they work.

I used them on a cherokee for a while. The only problem is they will unload going down hill and you get a serious pucker factor when they do. Some people say that much weight shift could send you over but I have never seen it. I am not sure I would spend the money again as the extra few inches of droop is not really worth it in my eyes.
