I just received my business premium renewal for the upcoming year. Being in CT, I now have to pay $. 03 for every $100. 00 of my annual payroll.



This is for all states, it varies between $. 01 and $. 08.



$. 01 is Indiania, and $. 08 is for District of Columbia.



AND THEN... There are two states that are exempt...



TEXAS... (Home of George W. Bush)



and Massachusetts... (why Mass???)... the Kennedy's???

WOW . . that is quite high 3 cents a hundred, for a large employer that would add some big bucks to the expense line of the P&L, and even drive more small guys out of business
