Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Test ride

Well I got up this morning and took it for a test ride after the KDP repairs and I came back with three no's



No leaks



No power



No boost



I hope it is the timing, Engine sounds good and starts up just a little slower.

I can't get more than 10lbs. boost in drive and no more than 8lbs. in OD.



I ordered a timing tool from the fellow on E-bay and will time it when I recieve it. Have any of you got one of these tools fro the fellow on E-bay. He makes them himself but buys the gauge.

Any other things I should look for? Adjusted the gov arm to just above the bottom of the fuel plate. #6 TST plate and afc housing slid all the way froward and star turned up as well.

wastegate stuck open, boost hose to afc cracked and not moving arm out of way, those I would check and then go from there.
