Texas Rally Schedule

Hey Folks,

Just talked to MDW, and it looks like we're gonna have a dyno day on Saturday. . Oo. Oo.

jetenginedoctor is bringing his DynoDynamics Model 450 single axle EC retarder dyno. For those who might not know, this is the same dyno that Piers uses at PDR.

Price for 3 pulls is only going to be $45. Heck of a deal if ya ask me. It's possible that the duallies will have to pull hte outside tires, but we will have two 3 ton floor jacks and 8 jackstands just for that. We'll also have an air compressor and impact wrench to help speed things up.

I'd like to try and get an accurate headcount of folks that plan on getting on the dyno. So, if you plan on getting on the dyno, please respond here.

Thanks,

Mike, Pam, and Curtis

One thing worth mentioning is that it doesn't have to be a diesel, nor does it have to be a truck. Cars and motorcycles are welcome as well (yeah, I said motorcycles. ) All participants are welcome to join in the fun!!!

I may try to zoom over from a hunt in Uvalde cause Tom needs my support (and I want to dyno this thing with the new turbo :-laf ) I guess count me in.

Jared

I am in... I am also going to make some flyers to post at work for all the Dodge Boys who talk a mean game, to come out and lay down some numbers!

Also, I do have a few buddies who are interested as well, so it looks like a good turnout will be there! Hopefully we can get some sun this year!!

Dyno confirmation

Hey Curtis!! Count me in for the dyno!! Note... ... . my truck is bone stock just wanted to see what it does on the dyno. Thanks for all your efforts. Looking forward to it!!!

Southbound

We will have at least 4 of our trucks there. No need to run them all if there are a lot of people wanting to strap up, we can dyno anytime.

Do we have an idea yet how many will attend? If need be, I'll make the dyno available Saturday and Sunday, but I'd like to get that figured out ahead of time so that I can finalize other upcoming commitments. We can run the dyno from dusk till dawn for all I care, I just want to make sure everyone who wants to participate will have that opportunity.

Everybody still planning on going?
