Texas Ramboree and Campout

I know it is a tad early but this way arrangements can be made. I want to have the 2nd annual ramboree and campout like we did last year. I called Glen at www.guadaluperiverrvresort.com in Kerrville and he said we were no problem last year. If we get at least 10 rigs we can camp for 18. 50 a night. Last year some couldn't attend because of Father's Day. I have talked to a few and seemed like the 8th and 9th of June would be an excellent time. This is a Saturday and Sunday. It is the 2nd weekend of June and falls before Father's day. I think a good time was had by all and hope for the same this year. Their # is 1-800-582-1916

I think that is the weekend for Thunder in Muncie and for a gathering in Pa, if the latter hasn't been moved.

I'd like to attend again, but I WILL NOT miss Thunder in Muncie.







Let's try for another weekend! And give me a few weeks to rebuild my truck between these events. I break something everywhere I go.

I am not referring to the Rally that was held last fall in Kerrville. I think some of you are thinking that. This was a big campout where we talked and had a pot-luck supper at the campground. I know that all people will not be able to make it that want to come. If the date was changed then some-one else couldn't make it on the day we changed it to. When this was set up last year it was intended as it was, just a bunch of diesel's with travel trailers having fun. Of course some people had goods and wares to sell at bargain prices which was a good idea and helped out a lot of truck owners.

Oo. Ah, glad to see another Texan headed to Muncie! We're planning on leaving a little early to take a liesurly pace since the "Little Woman" will be a bit along in a family way Hmm, wonder if I need to figure out a way to hook the car hauling trailer to the back of the travel trailer so your truck can make it back to Tx... .
