Thanks ATS and 'that boy just ain't right'

A BIG thank-you to the pro's at ATS. I made the trip to get some work done, and all I can say is "STELLAR JOB!!!" I will be posting my results on the mods shortly.



But...



Something has been bugging me since I was at the shop (when Cummins Corvette started in). I wanted to let ALL members know ATS came through. 1 day turnaround, and works like a dream. I would TRUST them with MY truck (and I don't trust anyone). I believe ATS has the best thing going, I studied the way they are putting power to the ground (engineering) and they do go the extra mile for their customers. They are busy, but make it all WORK!!!



Now about 'that boy ain't right'... I did a search for the previous posts from Cummins Corvette and could not find ALOT of them. Too bad, because I feel ALL members should be able to get a glimpse of where this guy has been, and where he is going BEFORE taking his word on ANYTHING!!!



When CC took it upon himself to FLAME, JUSTIFY, and make a half hearted attempt at APOLOGY, I just could not take it any more. DUDE... get a real life. I do not care to here you whine about how you work hard for your money while probably living with Mom and Dad and no kids. Try a mortgage and a family. You have PLENTY of money to try all these fancy mods on your rig. Simply SPOILED!!!



And to go out with your attitude and post on HARD WORKING people like ATS and even DTT really burns me up. People want to hear what works, what doesn't. NOT war stories about how your fragile EGO was bent by some vendor!!!



I will get the croud that says "Jeez, just lighten up on Cummins Corvette, he is trying". He stepped WAY over the line and this KID needs to GROW UP!!! Little boy with a big toy, and lots of money to throw at it.



People will take this wrong, take it right, or not understand. Just take it for what it's worth. I do not read the TDR to hear some half baked nurse tear up and tell me his woes. I have NO respect for what CC did and I can't believe ATS has been this patient.



Just goes to show you how STAND UP ATS really is... I can't believe it. I would have booted CC out the door and let the door hit him in the ***.

I'm looking at the transmission upgrade. What did you get? What did it cost (including labor)? How are you liking it so far? I don't know if I can just get by with the TC upgrade, since I plan on staying stock. I have looked at their web site and it shows the TC is $1300, but I don't know if that includes the install?? Guess when I get enough energy to do it I will call them and ask all of the questions. If when I have it done I will drive to Denver and have them do it.

Remember that Tom(Briar Hopper) of Back Mountain Diesel can do the upgrade in Kentucky! He is a heck of a guy!

Regarding Cummins Corvette, hes gone..... he can not defend himself, therefore there is no reason to discuss him or share your opinion of him on the forums. Thanks. Don't you find your post leaning toward hypocritical?

As Katdiesel said above, Cummins Corvette no longer has access to the site and therefore cannot defend himself. There has been an excessive amount of bashing on the site and we've been getting a lot of complaints about it as well as feedback from users that they are leaving the site because of it. We are going to start enforcing the guidelines regarding bashing more strictly than we have in the past based on the feedback that we have been receiving.



Factual posts regarding a situation are welcome. However, posts based more on emotion than fact are discouraged. If you have a problem with an individual user or a vendor we recommend you contact the individual(s) involved and resolve the dispute off line.



There are always two sides to every story, and since the party in this case is not available to respond, this thread is being locked. Remember, only current TDR members are able to post to this forum.



Feel free to repost the information about your positive experience with ATS, but please refrain from discussing the prior situation.
