Don hasn't been on this board for a while, but I wanted to thank him publicly for some great parts and service recently - new ported/o-ringed head, EDM injectors, and ARP studs. Everything delivered on time and no $$ surprises. I installed a 12V marine gasket and had a small leak on a front water passage that didn't have the extra-gasket material around it like the 24V gasket does. Don was ready to come over and help me tear it apart again - but fortunately a 2nd round of torquing and the thing sealed up. The Mach 5's http://www.f1diesel.com/ have made the truck a total kick in the pants to drive again!

Isn't he awesome!!!His injectors are everthing he says they are,I've had three sets of his injectors in my truck,the mach 4s 5s and 6s, and with each set the truck ran faster and better I'm now at almost at 640hp the truck smokes less and drives better. Whats really amazing is, I can still get 17mpg. Merv

Thanks for asking Jim. Well, I lost a lot of my enthusiasm after having to replace my engine at the end of '02 and also got distracted by looking over the shoulder of the contractor who was putting up my shop/game room over the last year. When my stock head gasket on the new engine started to show signs of giving up a couple of months ago (Doncha know it had the DD3's, FMS, EZ and twins on before it was ever turned over - maybe that's a record for the shortest time to BOMB ), I decided it was time to find out what the latest go-fast/keep-it-together parts were. So I'm happy with my truck again and enjoying being back on the TDR.

You know there is a dyno event scheduled in Dallas later this month, might be a good time to get back in the swing.
