Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I know DTT has great products, but you realize how important the guys behind the product are when you see the enthusiasm of guys like Laser Bob Berends in Greeley, CO. He not only agreed to see me after work for my convenience, but stayed at the shop with me till ten o'clock that night to make sure my truck was right. And you can tell he really loves his work ( I should be so lucky!). I'm sure that across the country, Bill Kondolay has done a great job of putting together a group of first class installers. Bob definately has my trust, and as one the mechanically illiterate, that's of number one importance to me.
