Well, I thought maybe I could make the trip to Panama City Fl. Thunder Beach bike rally 1 more year with the stock transmission. Not so lucky :(. I pulled from St. Louis to the Ivan battered coast, milking the converter most of the way. I called Tyler when we arrived and reluctantly asked the possibility of getting in without an appointment. They said bring it on! Joe evaluated my truck options, made his recommendations, and tried to explain some transmission works without going over my head, which wouldn't take much. In a day and a half, I finally had a solid connection between my CTD and the ground. :D Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks guys, never missed a beat on the way home. Kevin

Although I don't run Suncoast I've heard nothing but good stuff from them, glad you had people working on the truck that care... ... . that means allot now days.

I have emailed questions to Joe on numerous occassions and he is very quick to reply in terms a novice can understand. Great guy IMO!

Ereynolds72 I explained to Joe the duties of my truck, which consist of somewhat of a daily driver, I enjoy the power, but don,t abuse it. I pull an enclosed trailer with bikes in it, about 7k pounds full w/5 Harleys. I want it to roll 70-80mph and stay tight and cool, and last forever :D . I don,t plan on many more performance upgrades, so Joe seemed to think I would be fine with the single disc. The cost was not that much more, I don't think. But you have to stop somewhere (so my wife tells me). Hope this answered your question, and thanks for the interest. Kevin
