I just want to publicly thank Bill Kondolay (and crew) and Bob Berends for all of their efforts in fixing my persistent transmission problem. I had been fighting an intermittent 3rd gear start problem since May, which started almost a year and a half after having the DTT parts installed.
I’ll spare everyone the details, but Bill and Bob spent countless hours trying to correct the problem. As it turns out, the problem was in the factory wiring harness (from the PCM to the transmission), which obviously had nothing to do with the DTT parts.
DTT provides top-notch customer service and in my case has gone above and beyond to ensure a satisfied customer.
