That DARN Geno's Garage

Well Geno's Garage went & did it again!!! I ordered some parts from them last week, then called to ask if I could purchase a replacement cap for a EZ CHANGE OIL DRAIN PLUG. The drain plug was 3 or 4 years old. The lady I talked to said they don't sell the cap separately, but she would look & see if she had one sitting around.

I thought to my self, sure she would. But low & behold 2 days latter when I received my other parts, there was the cap!!!

I keep reading about the outstanding customer service from Geno's. And it is ALL true!!

I was looking at purchasing the EZ change drain plug. Have you any problems with it? Does it stick down to much as to get hung up on anything if you are 4 wheelin?

I only have 2 wheel drive so I don't go 4 wheelin' much!! I have had my drain for 3 o4 4 years & it works great. The only problem is the safety cap split. Probably from the dealer tightening it too much. It only sticks down about 3/4" to 1 "

By now I am a dead man. My wife needs to update the DNR (Do not resuscitate) to a MSYDR (Make sure You Do resuscitate) when Geno's is called.

Well that does it!!! I was vacilating between ordering my next batch of filters from Rocky Mountain Cummins in Billings who have always treated me good. But no way, it looks like I'm stuck with Genos... . that'll teach em.

I ordered an X-Monitor from them, then when I heard the Edge Juice was being beta tested, figured it was not far off. . and I would use it instead. .

I called Geno's to send the X-Monitor back. No problem was the answer. To top it off, they called when the package arrived so I would know it had not gotten lost.

I've met all the Geno's folks and they are first rate! I buy everything I can from them.



They are great to chat with on the phone too. I almost never get done less than 30 to 40 minutes.

Fleetguard at one time was packaging the fuel filters for my 12V without the small o-rings, I bought them from Genos, I found out a year later when I grabbed one, Called Geno's , they sent me the o-rings, good people.
