It also looks like this took place somewhere in Europe, judging by the size of the blanked-out license plates and that most of the vehicles in the photo appear to be German.

Is it just me or does this photo look fake, doctored up. Seems way to 3 dimentional for a traffic cam. Old lady or not you'd thing there would be some reaction. Also where's the dudes head?

His head is at the lower corner of the windshield, look for the bald spot. Everyone else looked quite suprised, they probably saw it comming. Her reaction time is probably at least a half a second less than everyone elses, I'm sure hitting someone was the last thing that ran through her mind.
