What do I do?, Purchase this years truck 2005 in july or wait for the 2006 model?. I am going to buy a turbo diesel quad cab with drw and a automatic trans. I need info on the new truck (2006) and if it is worth waiting for.

If you're expecting to make the purchase in July you may as well get an 06. By then they're already taking orders for 06's. I've not heard of any major changes except for one thred about a front end redesign which I neglected to read

Bellyscrapper,what happened? I remember you looking for a truck almost a year ago. Thought you would have had one by now.

The truck did get delivered to the Oregon dealer but the original sales man that I delt with went to work in another department and the new sales man raised the price $1,000. 00 right off the top. I got ****** off and never talked to those guy's again. I know it's a little imature but I felt like I was being messed with on a personal level and after dealing to find a great price. So I bought a 2001 4x4 jeep wrangler that has around $50,000. 00 wraped into it, "so you know it's tricked out " with the long arm suspension, duel batt system, air lockers,dana44's, etc.

Now I am back into the market for a new truck or a used 4x4 diesel as long as it's no older then a 2004. 5.

Bellyscrapper,I would of probably done the same thing. I just remembered your "almost 2004. 5" in your early post since I had just ordered mine about the same time. I took delivery of mine at the end of March. Good luck in finding your truck.
