For better or worse, I grew up watching the A-Team. So naturally, I was skeptical about the recent movie.

Went to see it yesterday, and I think that anyone who is a fan of the original series will think it's a good movie. I thought it was awesome. More-or-less an ideal movie adaptation of the original.

Simple plot, simple dialog, tons of action. You guys might want to check it out. Easily worth the $8 I paid to see it.

It wasn't the worst movie I had ever watched. I grew up watching the A team so I couldn't help going to watch it. I was slightly let down, there were a few cheesy parts. Overall it wasn't bad.

That sounds like a review I'd write. You sure you ain't me? :)

Oh, man! *All* of the A-Team TV series was cheesy! 5,000 rounds expended in each main shootout, and the result is only a few flesh wounds. I think that series was more about the action and adventure the boss man, the head case, the gorilla (face it, Mr. T's roles was that of a good-natured gorilla), and the other characters would find whilst aiding a damsel in distress. It was very much like the original Star Trek TV series: cheese with just a little whine. Yes they both generally had 'morals' to the stories.

If they captured that essence of the TV series in the movie, then they did well. (I haven't seen it; I'll wait a few years after it comes out on DVD. )

Well, I think they did. It's cheesy, a lot of the action is over-the-top impossible, and there are few injuries despite massive ordnance dispersal. And throughout the whole thing there's great comedy.

Maybe I'm a sucker for reliving my childhood, I don't know. It's best to check your brain at the door and pick it up when you leave.

havn't seen it yet but they filmed part of it down the street... ..... blew up stuff and machine gun fire for about a month..... pretty cool... . One night it was raining( lol) and they put up a tarp roof via 3 BIG cranes I'd guess an acre across..... and kept shooting... ..... big money
