Idea: Going on the theme you seem to be working with... . Black out your grille and badging. Even the holy C on the fenders. Could be a PITA, but would really set your truck apart. An idea anyway... Just dont tell anyone. :-laf

I just saw a 100% debadged Ram on the way to work this AM. It was either a 2500 or 3500 SRW Ram CTD 4x2. The only way I could tell was by the diameter of the exhaust. It looked really slick with no badging at all.

Doesn't help in your case, but I saw a gray truck who took his badges off, had them sprayed with bed liner material and replaced. It looked pretty sweet.

What the heck is that old exhaust tip still doing there??!! HAHa. Looks like one of those snakes with 2 heads or kid with webbed feet... . I would have ripped those off by now



How is the quality of the hardware that comes with the kit you got? Such as clamps? Stainless steel or just coated steel?



I'm guessing all the other pipes are aluminized steel too. .

The hardware is great, All the clamps (2 of them are stainless looking) and even 1ft of flex pipe, Compete as I would expect



BTW - they are all hooked up now, and MMMMMAAAANNNNN are they LOUD!



NO way I would EVER run this way all the time with no muffler

What muffler do you plan to run? I'm thinking the internal stack mufflers will be too quiet and restrictive... I was thinking maybe a Magnaflow stainless steel round race 14" muffler right before the flex pipe if anything. .

let me try to put it in perspective... You know when a harley drives by and you ask yourself "how does a cop not pull him over with EXH that loud?" -- When driving around, I found myself coasting past cops because I was so embarassed :-laf - I felt like I had 2 harley in the bed



I plan on running the MBRP 16 inch 6inch-round spiral flow muffler - Really helps on drone and low-rpm sounds, But yet sounds great when you honk down on the throttle



I will be in OAK Grove,MO for a DYNO event on sunday OCT 2nd - sponsored by Midwest Diesel and Floor it Diesel... If anyone want to hear it

I was not a fan of the chrome either, I went the route of the older (ordered the part numbers from a 2001 sport) decals.



When you trade that truck in on a that Mega Cab Dually I'll buy your black powder coated wheels!!!!!
