Headed to Oklahoma July 20th

Take a few minutes and read this:

The Declaration of Independence

In 1776 there were approx. 2. 5 million people living in the United States. Today we have approx. 300 million. The talent assembled in that room on July 4th, 1776 is mind boggling, where are our Jeffersons, Adams, Hancocks and Franklins today?

The good/qualified people won't run as long as the general public wants scandals!!! Any one of us has a past issue that can be made into a defeatable story.

The best current chance is a one term and you are out limit.

We currently have a "purana feeding the fish" game.

The Adams, Hancocks, and Franklins of our day are too busy with their own lives to be concerned with running for political office. They are keeping America running smoothly, giving us jobs. If you cant make it in the private sector, THEN you go into public office, "service" (what a joke, unless one is referring to the military). or whatver you want to label politics.

The American Revolution can be likened to the Islamic jihad today- many of those fighting are men of means, power and wealth; and sacrifice their material things (and often, their non-material things as well) for what they believe in. Too bad the modern counterparts have to di it in the name of religion, and not something as noble as freedom.
