My new truck is black and i'm already getting tired of keeping this black beauty clean. Black shows every blemish but she sure does look awesome when it's clean.

Anyways... . I'm looking for THE BEST product out there that will give me a deep gloss. I don't care what it cost. But I want a product that makes my truck glisten and LASTS a long time. I read about some teflon products on occasion, but have no experience with it.

Help me out here fellas..... I want THE BEST!!

I'll second Zaino... my boss has it on her Camaro SS and even her Chevy paint looks a foot deep.

She had an idiot set a box on the spoiler, then drag it off leaving hundreds of tiny scrapes. With a little (and I mean very little) buffing and a new coat of Zaino, you can't even tell anything happened.

Second story, another friend of mine has a pewter 'Vette that got tar on the side of it. That stuff came off with regular soap... the car had 5 coats of Zaino on it since he's a little obsessive.

THANKS!!

Thanks!! Sounds exactly like something I'm looking for!! I just bought the "car kit" system. Can't wait to try it out... .

Thanks again!

WOW!!

Spent a few hours of my day today putting 4 coats of the Zaino product on my Ram. All I can say is... WOW!! My black beauty is gleaming. It's so shiny its almost mirror like. THANKS for the recommendation. I love this product.

Not knocking Zaino

I don't know about the Zaino I have never used it but I have heard good things about it. But if you got some wax on any of the black trim and later it gets a white haze on it try Klasse. I read about it on a VW board and tried it. It is very easy to use, comes off easy and it last up to a year. Really works good on dark colors. One truck I had was a P. Blue and it really made it stand out. Truck I have now is white so I will see how it works on it later.

And peanut butter works good on getting the white haze off of trim.

I was a huge Zaino user when I had my camaro mainly because everyone else used it and I worked for a Zaino distributor for awhile. It was good, but I never really noticed anything special.

I had my all black 1997 Camaro entered in an all late model Camaro/Firebird show. For that year, the Camaro had been driven in the snowy winter everyday (most of the other entries were summer only cars) and I had not used Zaino in about 2 years on the car. I had been using Meguiars Gold Class only. The rest of the cars had been using Zaino (as I knew most of the owners) and applying many coats. There was a "best paint" category for the paint in the best condition.

Guess who won... . not the Zaino cars... but my car that had been used all year in the snow and salt with Meguiars Gold Class.

I'll stick to using a claybar every 6 months along with some Gold Class.
