Removing OE Class 5 hitch and bumper?

So, in a I wish I hadn't done that moment, i pushed in the side of the bumper on my 6 day old truck. :{
I decided to add fog lights and the auxiliary switches since the fog lights bumper was in stock and I would like to have the switches, so why not.
Through the process of the hardware side of the fog lights I have had to buy some extra pieces.

The passenger side item 2 was bent and needed to be replaced. Item 5 is what the fog light lenses mount to, and they attach to item 2 with speed nuts, captured fasteners, or whatever this version is called: The piece on the right is what is used everywhere else on the front bumper. The one on the left is the closest the dealer could find.

It sticks out form the hole further, and I don't think the fog light bracket is going to fit.
There is a note associated with item 4 for a retainer and pin. The ironic part is this retainer and pin is used to attach the air dam, item 6, to the bumper, not the plastic trim on the end. Any who, the piece I'm trying to get comes with items 4 and 6, but don't seem to be available in any other form. The dealer called Chrysler Corporate, and they were confused. They forwarded the information to engineering to see if someone can figure out what happened.
If anyone knows anyone at the factory that can get the part number from that particular bin. :D

Here is another view of the fasteners:

Item #2 is the inner structure.....this inner structure is shared with all front bumpers, whether equipped with fog lights or not. Item #5 is the fog light bracket kit. When I went from a standard black front bumper to chrome on my '13 RAM 3500 Crew Cab DRW 4x4 in New Holland Blue, I simply went to the hardware store and bought six of the largest diameter bolts that would attach the bracket kits to the inner structure, along with nylon lock nuts. Mine went together perfectly with ZERO issues.

I also purchased the wiring harness, but I did not buy the headlight switch or pay for programming, as I used a relay and utilized my parking light feed as a trigger wire.
