Save your land, don't buy a ford???

News Flash! Cats harm Greenland!

Just wondering how many of you guys do this... while sitting at a red light and if the person in front is daydreaming and doesn't go when it turns green, do you give a friendly tap of the horn or do you throttle up a little bit? I just throttle the ole Cummins a bit ;) and boy... the car in front shoots off like a bolt of lightning:D

Yeah, getting extremely close to thier rear bumber and puffin out a big cloud of black smoke always workied for me!

Exhaust Communications

Everyone I know that has a Cummins uses the engine to signal certian events.

Blip Blip=Hello

Blip Bllllip=Lets move :D

Blip Blip Blip=Prestaged get out of the way.

Constant Variable Bliping=Normal, Happy Cummins owner at low speeds motoring through parking lot, job site, or traffic.

Some friends I work for in the off season have Dodges, and this is what I have picked up from hearing the trucks run around the job sites we work on. :)

Any more ideas ?

In Atlanta the wait at traffic lights is sometimes pretty long. Sometimes I wait in neutral to save wear & tear on the transmission. When I see the light about to turn, I slip it into drive and just that small RPM drop always gets the attention of the driver in front of me. I love it. :)

Oversized Horn

just yesterday I pulled up to a convinence store to put air in a tire on the trailer I was pulling. when I finished I was stepping back into the truck and this ugly ferd pulled in front of me. I could not back out becouse of the raod behind me, all I did was give a quik rev of that ol cummins and he looked at me then jumped back in his ferd and moved:D . Gottta love it.

yup!--especially noticeable w/ straight pipes.

(that little sideways torque-twitch probably alerts them, too)
