The diesel page vs The diesel place

Is The diesel Page any better than The diesel place?



I'd like to be more familiar with the duramax, but it seems there isn't much to gain at the diesel place, other than my dodge sucks and duramax's are cool :-laf .



I'd be willing to pay to join the Page if it's more about the trucks, and less about the ego's.

If You come to the site open minded and willing to learn you will find the Diesel Place far more informative then the Diesel Page. There is a fine group of individuals there highly educated on every level of Duramax GM truck information.



Whether you want information on trouble shooting a LB7 to the new LBZ to building a sub 12 second running truck.



If your serious sign up and tap me with a PM ,I go by the screen name and will ensure you have a pleasant time.



The Diesel Place is Pro GM just like this site is Pro Dodge. If I came here degrading the weaknesses of the Dodge Cummins I should expect to be meet with resistance and friction. The same rule implies there.

I signed up over there yesterday, and have been doing some looking around. It just seems like there is a lot of bashing and not a lot of hardcore info. I realize that can change week to week, and I haven't written it off completely, I just want to learn about the Duramax's in general.



But... I'd be willing to pay for a site where some of the people that bash constantly are weeded out by a $20 a year fee.

Granted there are a couple threads were some guys (including myself) are just kicking back and having some fun,very similar to the General Diesel forum here.



You can sign up and wait for the Diesel Page to give you a free access on there site as long as you do not want their bread and butter 6. 5 information. It will take a day or so for approval although.



Check it out if you do not get what you desire come on over to the DieselPlace and like I said if your have any concerns or run into any legitimate BS tap me a PM there,I will help you any way I can as I moderate on the site.

The "Place" is much better and more active than the "Page". Just be sure if you get a new LBZ and have any problems you provide your VIN upfront :-laf :-laf
