We found out yesterday around 2:00 about Joe's passing. It came as a total shock as it was only days ago that I was talking with him and tapping his vitually unlimited knowledge of diesel transmissions. Our hearts and prayers go out to the Webb family, all of their employees, Dennis and all those close to Joe. He will be missed by many. God Bless... ...
