Thoroughly Ashamed

Engine Vac?

I too wave at CTD owners frequently. They either ignore me, or look at me like I've got 3 eyes. There was 1 time I actually got a thumbs up, but his was a Hemi.

Have to chime in on the Harley vs Rice burner issue...

Now you've gone and done it. :-{}

There's about as much similarity between a "rice burner" and a Beemer as there is between a ... . well a Duramax and a CTD. I was inside my R60 and was definately impressed by the quality engineering, design and simplicity. Almost like half a VW. ;)

As far as the "sign" goes a thumbs up will have to be out. Appears there are too many Harley, or ex-Harley riders, around abouts. They already have a thumb up..... applying Prep H to a roid, that is:eek:

Chill, man, just harrassing the masses:-laf :-laf :! How about a rubber-necking stare. I've been doing that ever since I caught whiff my first Dodge CTD "Damn, hon, I'm gotta get one of those!" :p And I still can help checking out passing Dodges to see if they are plain vanilla... or Purr, Varooom. Oo.

Little touchy are we

I have always respected all riders..... don't much give a S$%t what they ride! As for waving at other riders, yeah I do it and I will continue to do so. Doesn't hurt anything to show a friendly gesture.

Oh..... nice play on my handle! Your 3 year old show you how to do that?

I don't give a **** what you ride or drive. I wave to the sweeties!:D

There are so many motorcyclists around here all year long, if we waved to each other, we'd look like politicians in a parade. That or a bunch of fruit-loops.

If a man catches me checkin' out his wheels or his lady, I'll give him a friendly nod of approval. :cool:

rbattelle said..."I was thinking we should have a Cummins wave like the Harley guys"

Does anyone remember the movie "The Sting"? Their "sign" was the right index finger slid along the outside (no boogers here) of their right nostril as a sign that "somthing" was up.

That actually reminds me of a joke about a deaf man getting on a bus and talking to the driver in sign language..... which would be awfully hard to tell here.
