The BFGoodrich Tires Kick Asphalt/Get a Grip Tour

Missed It

I wanted to make it out this past weekend, but time got the best of me again.

Sounds like it was a great time.

Anybody have the dyno numbers from the day?

I am going to do my best to make it out in October.

Hey guys,

had a great time!!! its pretty cool to finally be recognized by some of you guys now that i have been to a few events. Kevin(MD500E) was glad to finally meet you. Had an interesting ride up with that car bouncing off the guard rail right behind us!!! Kevin and Scott thanks to both of you for the rides. What a blast!! Good to feel what a solid auto in one of our trucks feels like. And Scott 0psi boost to 50psi boost in like a second..... all i can say is WOW!!!! Both of your guys rigs are makin some neck snappin power!!!!

Last but not least was glad to see that the stacks helped in power and not just looks. Picked up 8hp and 9 ft lbs just from the stacks alone. I am currently sitting at 214 rwhp and 424 ft lbs. Not bad #'s, but a long way from where i would like to be. . LOL One day when i hit the lottery maybe. Well until Oct you all keep on diesel truckin!!! Hope to see you all in the fall.

Numbers

Hammer lost dsl service during the big storm Saturday night and cannot connect in order to post numbers. He also in on the road 4 days a week and won't be back until late this week. He hopes to have service restored by the time he comes back and can post the numbers.

A Note From Hammer....

Ok Gang...

I am not lost, but, still am without any means of internet connection. Seems like in the Saturday storms it knocked out all of AOL's DSL service in my area and with only 2 dial-up lines its impossible to log on at all unless you do it late at nite. Seems Verizon, who carries the DSL for them, has work issues and they claim it will be at least 7-10 days till its rectified. I'll not wait that long and will make a change next week when I return home.

Enough of that and here is the numbers from the show and a few quick notes... . Best numbers only below, previous best behind...

Notes. .

-Got to wonder if Larry Willard had to pay to be chauffered to show by Tom Sweeney.

-Work done that day,kurz82 had both rears lube changed,Crike2000 installed a set of Skyjacker springs,DT arms,DT Trac Bar. His truck sure had a nice stance to it when it was finished. Tom Sweeney installed a Luke's link and urethane bushing in his trac bar.

-Thanks to Proram and Rams-n-Hogs for the cooking. Could they be the replacements for Chef Wiredawg and Shovelhead(who was M. I. A. ).

-It rained but did not dampen spirits and a good time was had by all.

-Dynamic Motorsports guys are still looking for a way to install Proram's twins on the 541hp Honda they have. After a ride with Scott all they did was rave.

Many thanks go out to the ENTIRE Kauffman Motorsports crew for the shop use and help doing the installs. They always go out of their way to make each show better and the new facility is a top shelf shop.

Well till Fall Brawl, bear with me and I'll be back. (I'd bet its really quiet with me not on much here)... ... ..... Andy

P. S. -A special thanks to Proram for allowing me to update this thread for all.

Hammer,

PM me with your DSL TN. Verizon carries the DSL for just about everybody in our area so we get blamed for everything, even though it normally isn't our fault. Give me your DSL TN and I will give you a real answer as to what the holdup is.
