The menus at the top won't work for me

The menus at the top (as well as many other features on the site) use Javascript to operate. Some internet security packages disable Javascript. If they aren't working for you check your security software settings for the ability to enable Javascript for specific sites or to turn it on in general. If that doesn't work and your using Internet Explorer pull down the tools menu to internet options and then click on security. Click on custom level and scroll down to almost the very bottom and you'll see three options for "scripting" enable all three.
