The more miles the more power?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just turned 10,000 loaded miles with my ETH and it felt as though there was another 50 hp added??!!! It showed 3 to 4 lbs more boost and pulled like a scalded cat in the mountians. My other Cummins engines seemed to pick up power on full break in but nothing like this!!!!!!!!!! #ad
OH WHAT A FEELING!!!!!!! Is it learning my driving style? Is there a automatic uprate on the engine? Or am I imagining things? I was able to pull Vantage (out of the Columbia gorgue) on I90 at 67 to 75 mph!! Before it was closer to 60-64 mph. The only thing I did differnt is to reinstall the turbo silencer ring and I am sure that had little or no hp effect. I LOVE MY ETH!!! #ad

Is there a automatic uprate on the engine?

Earlier threads reported that the computer is "holding back" until some pre-set mileage. I think there was some discussion as to whether this was fact or myth; I don't know the truth. Anybody?
