Ronnie Sox passed away on Saturday. If there were a Mount Rushmore of Chrylser Drag Racing History, Ronnie would be on it.

I was standing next to him @ Beech Bend last yr. behind the bleachbox watching nostalgia superstockers, he was going unnoticed and I respected it even if he did autograph my hat. To think of how good he was, he made Bill Jenkins the underdog.

It's been a tough year. "Dyno" Don Nicholson died in January 2006 after a long bout with Altzheimer's.
