Competition HD Intercooler ???

This one mouted underneath. You should attach them to the bed so they don't rattle and shake. there are special chrome clamps used for stacks that can be mouted to the bed rail.

Catoiler, Where did you find your supplies? I would like to attempt to do this. Very clean look. Is there enough clearance for a chest tool box beween these two mosters? Or maybe a gullwing tool box up in front of them? Looks great! This maybe a dumb question but... Did you straight pipe them or are you using a muffler? Thanks for all your information! WOW thats cool!!

This is a 5" system (except the 4" down pipe), split under the bed on my '02. I used 5" flex between the Y-pipe to the elbows. It's a very difficult install as far as exhaust goes, but I couldn't be happier with them.

I have searched the forums and I cant find what I am looking for.

Do any of you know how much flex I need to get from the 5" dp on the twins to the 90 that will go up into the bed. I tried to measure it in thin air (dont have the twins on yet) and I come up with around 60-65" That seems like a bit much. At the price of $15. 00+ a foot I dont want to order any more than I need.

Don't need that much flexy pipe- just as long as you have a segment in there so the exhaust doesn't tear apart with frame flex... ... ... ... ... ... .

Somewhat on topic, anyone ever do a set of stacks with a hard tonneau cover? I think I may try this someday, but would like some ideas first. And I would like to find some heat resistant material for around the holes to keep the elements out of my bed.
