Mine was Blue, my brothers gold, and sister's pink with a white basket on the front. I think mine cost around $125. 00 in 1965 and Mom and dad Drove about 50 miles to the dealer to get it. I still miss that bike. I think I gave it away when I was going to college to one of those gifts for underprivelaged kids.
I still have mine from waaayyyyy back then complete and as bought by my Dad for me. It still shines and rides like new. Hmmmm,guess thats where all this keeping my ride shiny began.
Maybe if Shovelhead ever graces us with his presence I'll give him the welding goggles I got him to look at my truck and let him go for a ride on the "Orange Crate". Make a great,no priceless,photo... ... ... ... . Andy
