Competition Good source for a 6spd transmission

Competition Is that a big compressor wheel?

Is that Joe's MSB from Sickly? Damn, i knew i should have bought that!

it looks like you need to add more bleach. the smoke was a little thin :D

:-laf

no bleach, and it was night time so the picture doesn't do justice. I should have taken pictures of the holes in the road, or the 1/2" piles or rubber that stretched out for about 4 feet behind the truck. This is the only picture that I have, but the tire that you do see, is the front tire. Thats gives you an idea of how much smoke there was.

Ted. .

I guess since you now have a very famous left coast charger and a east coast truck,to allow it to have the ability to use all the capabilities of that charger shouldn't you have to race all your races in the Central DHRA regions?... ... ... ... Andy

Eric,

Yes we did. The truck has a very sweet looking stance right now. :D Nice seeing you this past weekend too. You going to Kentucky?

Andy,

IRP would be considered Central, right? :-laf . Since I have scared Timmy away (TopFuel6) I am actually going to sign up at the Pittsburgh track this year. I have family in the area, and I also want to line up against the famous red ghost truck that alledgedly exists up there.

Eric, suspension went in in a bout 45 minutes. I have had the springs in and out of my 2wd so many times, Ted and I hammered through it.

Not much ted there, it was 99. 99% Jeff. But I am not complaining :)

Can't wait to see it. I'm glad none of us got in Jeff's way, we would have gotten steam rolled. He let us know when he needed help.

Of course I'll be in Kentucky. I can't wait to watch the fastest diesels on the planet go at it. That Pro Street class is going to be crazy!

All I will say is, when you can make an 50 x 80 building completely disappear in tire smoke, that is one HECK of a burnout... :D

Saturdays are still my free eating day. This past saturday was defintiely a protein bar day. Of course it started off with a huge breakfast with all the sides.

The charger just had to be reversed to bolt up on the other coast. We would have been seriously porked if we were below the equator. Thing would spin in the wrong direction.

I don't know how you can eat them protein bars... huge breakfast with sides? I'm right there with ya.

I didn't realize the Coriolis Effect could affect turbochargers... interesting.

Matt

I tell you gus are barking up the wrong tree with using nitrous to spool the turbos. If yout want instant boost and turbo spool, feel your turbo a protein bar. Ask anyone at the shop on that saturday afternoon... I was spooled, boosted and was moving lots of CFM!

Good thing you didn't kick on the afterburner! Mighta burnt yer BVD's... :-laf

Has anyone been able to recreate the 'belch fog'? I haven't tried in a while...

Matt

Matt. closest I've come to the belch fog is a couple of times when some of my vitamins don't make it all the way down. The powder capsules break, dissolve mid throat. Belch, and white fog comes out. The first time it happened I was strange cause I had no idea what just happened
