Econoline Pickup
I think it was a 1965 Ford Econoline E-100 PICK UP with a dog house, straight 6, 3 on the tree, single cylinder master, with "trunk flake" red paint.
IT WAS UGLY!
But it did just about anything that you wanted it to and then some. Including shifter lockup between 1st to 2nd shifts, hard to start after it sat hot for 10-20 minutes, king pin solid front axle (needed greased alot) but almost the most utilitarian thing I have ever used. It had wagon wheels with Goodyear F32 radial snows on it, hauled firewood right out of the woods, no roads. One tough ugly truck!
