With hotter weather down this way I decided to try a little experiment. Someone on the board posted a picture of the connector that comes with the stock air box that had holes drilled into it, with the idea that airflow should increase. I have been running without my connector for a couple of months, but still curiousity got the best of me. I drilled out holes on both sides of the connector, installed it at both ends and went for a short ride. I punched it a couple of times to watch boost and to hear the turbo. When I get back to the house and open the hood, the connector is gone. The turbo sucked it right into the air box and there it laid
Moral of the story: my turbo really sucks

My wife thinks I spend to much time with the truck. She's probably right. When I took the lift pump off yesterday, I had her help me install it. She did good.
