I did a search for a new mod for ya. It's better than you could imagine. Illuminated fuzzy dice. The also have a nice fuzzy dash cover.

I did overhear a conversation where the DC rep had read a bunch of posts about how much we love the 6-speeds. He said something about we only use 3-4 of the gears in normal driving. So the 2005 will only come with 2nd / 4th / 6th. 1st / 3rd / 5th are dealer installed options.







Oh-ya, he also said that since we like de-badging the trucks, the embelem package will be a $100 option from the factory or $1000 aftermarket. Just like the fold-flat floor.

I think the lead moderator Steve St. Laurent had his rocker panels sprayed with Permatech. If I remember correctly, it wasn't anywhere near $525. 00.



The good thing about Permatech is that it has the UV protection built in and doesn't fade. Colors are available also. I was very happy with my bedliner in my '99. I'll be doing my '03 soon with the permatech and I'm going to get a price on the rockers.
