The wait is almost over!!!

Well, the wait is almost over. I ordered the new baby on 8/22, A 2003 2500 SLT Sport 4x4 longbed Quad with the HO Diesel 6speed (I like to shift, Drove a Freightliner with a 10 speed @ work for many years) 4. 10 rear in Graphite. I was told by the dealer the truck shipped on 10/7 and I should see it the first week in November. I stopped by the dealer today to snoop and there she was sitting in the back a little dirty from her long trip from Mexico, but a beauty. I should take delivery in a few days. The truck is a little bigger than the Dakota I am trading in, but they say BIG IS BETTER, and DIESEL IS THE WAY TO GO.

Oh. This is killing me. Graphite? That means if Dodge hadn't screwed up my order, my truck would be here now too. Instead, it won't be built for 3 weeks. :{

Enjoy that truck . I compare the 03 like this. When I went from my 91 to 95 there was a big improvement. And I think they have made a bigger improvement on the 03. I went from a 00 to the 03.
