The wait is finally over!

I ordered my truck on April 19 and finally sat in it June 16,I thought I was gonna go nuts waiting,but so far it was worth the wait!I went from a '99 2500 5. 9 gasser to this thing, adn WOW,I can see why everyone loves these CTD's. Smokin' my buddies Duramax was about as much fun as I've ever had,after the way he climbed all over me for buying a Dodge again. He's not saying a whole lot right now. My 4 year old son cried as he said goodbye to my old truck(OK,I almost did too )but when the service manager drove the new one out of the shop all he said was"That's a BEAUTY dad!"Now all he tells everyone is how daddy's big diesel sounds and wants me to give everyone a ride,of course I'm more than willing to use any excuse to drive this beast. Gotta go,it's been 2 hours since I drove it,I need a fix! Oo. Oo.

Ordered mine (phone) on the 19th of April too... . and now that VINVISION isn't working - I have MAJOR withdrawls..... and the dealer and the 1-800-992-1997 folks just say "it's D1"... .



I gotta go kick the neighbors Ford before I go to bed..... :{

Myself and some friends will be at the Mackville pulls Saturday night. Good show and cheap too, kind of a warm-up for Tomah... .



My buddy at work just took delivery of his 04 a few weeks ago and is absolutely thrilled with it. I plan on getting him a subscription to the TDR. He isn't on-line but he should get some useful info from the mag.

WOW how did you get yours so fast



Ordered mine 4-2-04 _just_ drove it home today. So far it's be great. I've got all of 60 miles on it. Looking forward to thousands more!

I don't know how it got here when it did. Before vinvision went down it was sitting in Belvidere assembly in IL and wasn't supposed to arrive here until the 17th. I went by the dealer 6/12 and there it sat with all the road and rail grime and no rear wheel liners. Man that torques me off that DC is that cheap. Although,because of all the great people on here I got mine free. The dealer I go to couldn't find a part #,but I could,and he had a bunch of customers who were asking for them. I don't think you could call it blackmail!? nixter,I'm not going to the Nats in Mackville but I can hear them all the time and you have mail. Oh yeah nixter,stay out of the 'Snapper
