Guess *I'M* not the ONLY one with too much time on my hands... #ad

TOO bad the automakers involved won't take the vast sums of money they are so willing to spend on legal costs, and REDUCE the price of their vehicles accordingly! H. E. L. L. , the beancounters balk at spending an extra DIME on an upgraded part - but then upper management wastes MILLIONS on a stupid lawsuit... #ad

My vote for dumbest lawsuits is the "woman" who suid Mcd's for hot coffee! Can we just lock these people away for their own good?

Maybe it's more clever than we thought. Could it be that all these lawyers are on retainer and getting paid anyway? So, having a war in court is publicity for free?

That would mean that DxxxxxxChrysler and GM are collaborating... . Naw. It's a stupid lawsuit.

And I would have thought they would have sued over the name durango. Did you know that durango was a trim level on s-10's? Did dodge know this when they named it? And if so, why didnt gm sue over that?

I own a '79 CJ-7 & I could not have told you how many slots are in the grill. Nobody but the lawyers give a darn. What a waste of time & money.

I 30+ years on the bench, I have seen a couple dumb ones; the guy who sued his garage because the mechanic put the wrong oil filter on and his engine "blew up"----the mechanic failed to follow the owners manuals direction to install an ACDELCO filter--he put on a purolator. Nope no indication the filter was faulty, and no evidence as to why the engine blew-- just it was purolator not acdelco.
He really had a mechanical marvel for a lawyer.
