2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission The worth of.....

I came across a 2001 3/4 2wd 5 speed cummins reg cab today. It's an SLT, 83k miles, great shape, with new tires. Does anyone know what kinda money this truck should bring?? The dealership it was at was closed so I didn't get a chance to get a price, but NADA showed 15,500 does that sound good?? Thanks for the help.
