Change oil regularly. Change air filter regularly. Check hoses and clamps regularly. Check belts regularly. Etc. There. How to get to 1,000,000 on a Cummins for for free! Oh yeah, add fuel regularly. :-laf

Well if they're talking about a Dodge it doesn't really matter because the rest of the truck isn't going to last that long. And if it's about a semi it's not new most larger engines can do that with that pretty easy with routine maintantance and highway miles. But hey who can knock a guy for trying to make an easy buck, anyone can make a living working. It takes a smart man to do it without breaking a sweat.
