Does anybody know if i should replace the inner and outer thermostat seals, or use the same one's.

the manual doesn't mention to install new one's or not, i plan on doing this tomorrow.

Go ahead and replace them. They're super cheap and you won't run the chance of having to tear everything back apart again after you're finished.
 
They are pretty cheap, especially if coming from Cummins not Dodge. But I was told in a pinch, you can carefully remove 'em, wash 'em and recycle maybe 1 time—kinda like boiling guitar strings if you're a starving musician! If this is your first thermo change you're in for a treat, they're one of the easiest ones I've ever had to do!!
