Coming home from Newman CA yesterday, I was climbing the east side of Pacheco Pass unloaded with just my wife and I in the truck. Temps seemed a bit high at 200 - 210? This was at 75 MPH and ambient temp of 97 degrees. I have read many post regarding the t-stats on the newer trucks - does it sound like mine is falling into that category? If so, could someone provide me the part number for the proper t-stat?

You can get it from Geno's for $17. 00 if you can wait, I bought my first replacement from dealer because I was on the road, cost $42. 00 plus. The # for Geno's is 3954194, I understand these are Cummins mfg. bg
