Besides you couldnt have been in the rain with it or your body kit would have fell off and I know you wouldnt let that happen.

Yes it runs!

For the last time... ... ... NO IT'S NOT FOR SALE!!!!

Yes you can have a ride. 1 ride will cost you a beer in the Miramar Bar.

All I need now is to pull the Dodge V8 and put in the 6 cyl. CTD. :D

As unpopular as my view might be, I'm convince the only difference between real world obtainable power with what those guys are selling and THIS, is the $$$ involved:

YES, colder air WILL improve power, usually.

YES, increased airflow and pressure will do the same.

But the size and placement of a scoop needed for the 30-40 HP increase some guys like to spout off about are NOT anything most of us would want to be seen driving - unless we do all our driving at Indianapolis or Daytona... ;) :-laf :-laf

Buy one of these scoop setups for looks, and be happy - get a FEW added ponies, be happier still - but expect 20, 30 or more HP in normal driving situations? :-laf :-laf :-laf

You guys are just behind the times. Japan has been putting stacks on cars for years: http://tanetane92.web.infoseek.co.jp/20050116tas2.html

HEY, don't knock it - one of the mouthier resident "experts" on this board claims he has an unquestionable source who is on record that "any Seat-of-pants" (SOP) performance gains are automatically at least 30 HP or more.

LESSEE - that must certainly include the big Fart Cans on the ricers, fuel line magnets and a good wax job...

After all, who NEEDS a dyno or wind tunnel for actual power gain stats, if yer BUTT is sensitive enough? :-laf

AH, but what do I know, all I ever do is sit here in this big 'ol easy chair... :-laf :-laf

... What's up with those "cowcatchers"?

Well, duh! You know how badly a cow would hurt our trucks at speed. Just imagine what one would do to a ricer! Hence the cow catcher. I *think* it's supposed to launch the cow vertically so the ricer harmlessly passes underneath. :) And if it's been designed properly, the cow lands on her feet after, and continuess munching on grass as though nothing ever happened. You do know that, with only 40 neurons, a cow's panic will only *just* start to rise before it shuts off. :D :D
