Hey boys and girls

I'm back again with more stupid questions. I sold my 93 W350 to Todd(SamRam's buddy-didn't know if Todd had registered on here yet)

Any-who I've been having CTD withdrawels every since Todd and Sam left with the 93 W350(which I heard Todd has been enjoying a lot-it was always a good truck to me Oo. ) Reason I sold it was it was to big for what I need. I've found another truck on a car-lot here in town. Been looking for "that" truck every since Sam and Todd left. I found a 92 Dodge D350,Club Cab,Western Hauler flatbed,CTD,Getrag 5spd,88k on the clock. This truck is NICE,new paint(needs a good water sanding and buffin) Interior is tan and looks BRAND NEW,good tires, new brakes, etc etc. Price is pretty decent. My pappy and me went and looked at it this evening, figured a cop would wonder what the heck was going on with two guys looking over a truck in a car lot with a huge MagLite :-laf But no cop probs. Anyhow I looked it over really well, nothing wrong underneath or outside that I say, didn't get to look inside or under the hood(it was 8pm so they were closed  ) The only thing I say that I didn't really like was wiring wasn't very "neat" for the trailer light hook ups,but are they ever? LOL

I wanted a 5spd 2wd club cab CTD truck so this one fits most everything I want out of one and its NICE. I learned a lot from my W350 but is there anything else I need to look out for on them? I know look for any tweakin on pump, etc etc then just regular things you'd look for on a "car lot vechile" I'm going tomorrow morning to look it over in the daylight and drive it and see how she runs and drives out and make a offer and hopefully a decision. Anything yall can think of that I might of overlooked, spit it out plase Oo. Sorry for once again a stupid question post.

Well hey there Jimmy - Going through withdrawls huh? Yeah I know the feeling. My own '93 developed a dead cell in the battery and I was forced to drive the '85 crew - just not the same. Got battery replaced and good to go - much better feeling.

So, a 2wd club cab flat bed - not too far from what you had, eh? I bet it rides a LOT smoother!

Anyways, the 2wd's always eat front suspension parts and they all eat brakes. I'd also check the rear carrier bearing. You'll know a lot just by driving it and the gauge readings. Let us know more after you test drive it.

Good luck!

Ok guys We're back from looking and driving the truck. It's a very nice truck, looked it over very well, drove it for a good 30 minutes and everything did great on it. The owner of the lot knew my grandpaw and my Dad very well so we all had to sit around and talk about old times for a good while :) Its a very nice truck and I am very pleased with it and its performance. Stopped at the gas station where I always got fuel before(several of my buddys from school work there, must be nice :-laf ) they all had to come out and look it over and drool over it and I reckon I'm gonna have to give some rides to some folks when I get it LOL I'll make sure and get some pictures when its home safe and sound. It won't have much anything done to it except for maybe new tires in the spring time. No BOMBing or anything(to expensive for me right now :( ) Thanks yall Oo.
