Just finished stacking my 3500 and it is truly bad to the bone. I would use twin 5" Aussie stacks turned to the sides. Got my old BD muffler from my 3500 that might sound good on the 4500.

Would have to run piping between the truck fram and the tow body frame. I would either bust out the angled front sides of the tow body or better just through the bed on either side and only come mybe three to four inches above the tow body roll bar/roof of cab.

Will let y'all know what I decide. I bought my wife a Smarty today for Valentines for her '03 and if I in the Fass on the Valentines day contest, she might be so pleased with me that she judst might let me get another set of stacks. Please bow your heads and pray with me while reading this post. :D

Well, the wife said no stacks for the 4500. :{

She likes the sound of the ones on the 3500, but said she wants to keep the quiet of the 4500 as is. Not too disappointed though, it still sounds nice w/ stock exhaust. :D

Happy trails,
