Any tips or things to watch for? I've got a '95 3500 that I bought as a dually. I really have no need for a dually at all and this truck isn't going to do anything more than I did with my 3/4 ton that I had before this one.
I'd like to jump up to 35 to 37" tires to reduce my RPMs on the highway and also to fill those wheel wells a little bit. I'd go with aftermarket 16x8 wheels and some fender flares to cover the tires.
So, If I trade beds and rear axles with a SRW truck, should that be all I need other than to take the spacers off of the front axle?
What rear ends will bolt under? Will a D70 bolt under? How about a newer D80?
The alcoas will go with the bed and rear axle. Pics are in my reader's rigs if anyone is interested in the trade.
Thanks,
Jason
