... ..... freaked me out when I had a note on a business card stuck into the dash that pressed the button when I started the truck, try and you'll see.

Alan - I didn't know there was an AZ TDR Chapter, that would be cool too, 'cept I'm headed up to Alaska that very day, I should be near Nephi, UT by the time you are having lunch. I won't be returning until August 21st. Theres fishing to be done and I've been elected to do just that



The button puts the dash into a test mode, lights everything, and steps the guages up then down.

should be an hour meter, right?

I did that when I first got the truck trying to get the hour meter to work and it scared the bejabbers out of me:--) . Thanks, now I know what happened... . it looked like the fourth of July .

Cool trick! Makes me wonder if there is a trick to get a display of hours run. Anyone know?

Turn the key to the on position but don't start the truck. When the odometer is displaying total miles, prss and hold the trip button for 10-15 seconds and hours will appear.
