If this is already being done then disregard, if not then I think it would be a great help to all.
My question is this, on other forum boards from different manufacturers, from time to time you will see a REP from the company post information pertaining to the issues, questions and suggestions by the customer. Does anyone from Dodge, Cummins or any other company that has the issues raised post their findings or help on this forum? Seems to me that it would be a great way to find out issues that are being discussed by the customers of their products and help out. I know this happens on others because a BMW forum I have been on, contacted me directly after repeated issues about their product were not being taken care of by their service department. After they contacted me everything was corrected and the issue at hand was resovled not only for me personally but nation wide. So DODGE, CUMMINS and CHRYSLER. WAKE UP AND HELP OUT BY READING FORUM BOARDS. Seems to be a no-brainer to me as an easy way to fix customer complaints and questions.
