You can be proud to be called a "Mechanic". There are so many types of technicians out there that the term has lost it's meaning. I'm an Electronic tech in the avionics field but even the fellows who pick up our refuge or process our billing are some kind of "technician". Now days if someone does something, their a technician.
The term "Mechanic" says it all, IE; "I can fix your truck when you cannot!"
I applaud your enthusiasm and need to garner respect for your industry. You will establish a good name for your dealership and prosper accordingly.
