Yeah I watched it last night off the tivo. Had to rewind the part that you were on Gene. Man they had you on and off so fast I had to rewind to see your mug!! The more I see about that gathering, the more I need to come out and watch! I think its getting to be about like what a goose feels when its time to head south... ... . just the primal gut feeling to head east in June :-laf



Kudos to the Extreme 4X4 team for a good segment, and good on you guys with the DHRA. Pretty soon you guys are going to be popular like monster truck drivers.

Those interviews made me wanna go out and hook to a tree stump or something. I'll be right back.

They taped 18 hours worth of footage, who knows what and when. I'll see them Friday in Vegas so I will ask. I know there is at least two more, I've already seen them, including one with Dan Scheid. And just let me say this now-the producer asked Dan Scheid what his goal was with the dragster and he said 200+ MPH and the 6-second range. When it made air, Jessi says "this 6-second dragster. " I assure you we haven't gone that quick yet, just a misunderstanding between producer and Jessi.

I was grinning like that because the camera man grabs me and says "point at the windshield and make a comment about the torque cracks windshields or something like that" and I was thinking- WHAT? :-laf

Their camera crew was incredibly fun and they got the best out of people that's for sure. My favorite is the shot from the sled pan.

They showed that big excursion spooling up on the strip and then two or three dodges running the 1/4. . 7 seconds of drag strip footage maybe.

I think I saw that excursion 2 year's ago at the Lima, Ohio truck show when they had the dino that year. If I remember right, it only had 190 hp! I don't know if the big tire's hurt it, but it was all smoke and no go! He had small 4 or 5 inch flat screen's in the rear wheel well's for show with a video playing. Kind of gay if you ask me, but whatever float's your boat.

I saw it by accident today, just happened to turn on the TV as it was starting, I'm wondering though, since that was essetially the promotion of diesel motorsports, where was Waldo... . eeerrr I mean Comp? :-laf I thought he was the only true promoter of motorsports, I mean I saw "staple puller" I thought Comp would be right behind him pulling the strings :-laf :-laf
